D/N Rotate Shift AHA BLS (Required at submission) 1-2 years of experience, must have surgical experience. EPIC experience is preferred. Surgical and General Medicine, some portable tele. General/Colorectal/Plastics/GYN/OMFS/Podiatry Patients with a surgical abdominal incision will most likely be on this unit, all new ostomy patients, most patients have surgical drains. RN is expected to help with blood draws. First day of orientation is always a 12-hour day shift. Will have second shift of orientation before taking own assignment on third day.
